This Privacy Policy explains what information Magic Feather Films LLC, 1101-L Hillcrest Parkway #505, Dublin, Georgia 31027 (“Magic Feather Films,” “we,” “us”) collects when you visit www.magicfeatherfilms.com (the “Site”), how we use it, and the choices you have.

Information we collect
Visitor analytics (TraceMyIP)
We use TraceMyIP.org to understand how the Site is used. When you load a page, TraceMyIP records information such as your IP address and approximate location derived from it, browser and device type, operating system, referring page, pages viewed, and the date and time of your visit. We use the cookie-free version of this service. TraceMyIP processes this information on our behalf under its own privacy policy.
Server logs (DreamHost)
The Site is hosted by DreamHost. Like most web hosts, DreamHost’s servers automatically keep access and error logs that include IP address, browser user-agent, the page or file requested, referrer, and timestamp. These logs are used for security, troubleshooting, and keeping the Site running, and are retained for a limited period under DreamHost’s practices.
Videos
Some videos on the Site are streamed directly from our host (DreamHost) using the browser’s built-in player. Those files are requested only after you click play, and no third-party video service is involved.
Other videos are hosted on YouTube. For those, the Site shows only a still image until you click play; nothing is loaded from YouTube before then. When you click, the video loads from YouTube’s privacy-enhanced domain (youtube-nocookie.com). Once loaded, YouTube (Google) may receive your IP address and device information and may set cookies or use similar local storage, under Google’s Privacy Policy.
Fonts (Google Fonts)
The Site loads its typefaces from Google Fonts. To deliver the fonts, your browser connects to Google’s servers, which receive your IP address and browser information. Google states that Google Fonts does not set cookies.
If you email us, we receive your email address, name (if included), and anything you choose to send. We use it only to respond and to discuss potential projects, and keep it as long as needed for that purpose or as required by law.
Cookies
The Site itself does not set cookies, and our analytics are cookieless, so we do not display a cookie banner. The only cookies that may be set are by YouTube, and only after you choose to play a YouTube-hosted video. Self-hosted videos do not set cookies. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings.
How we use information
We use the information above to operate, secure, and improve the Site; to understand which work visitors are interested in; and to reply to inquiries. We do not use it to build advertising profiles.
Sharing
We do not sell personal information. We share information only with the service providers described above (TraceMyIP, DreamHost, Google/YouTube) as needed to run the Site, when required by law or to protect our rights, or in connection with a business transfer.
